steering yoke question - 350/400

Hi All, quick question for the hive mind...

Is the CB350/4 lower stem the same as the 400/4?

look up the part numbers at motogrid and it will tell you

How different are the numbers - I believe that the last three digits merely designate the supplier at the time (?)
