stupid question but please help

i was given a cb750 a while back now and i have just got round to finally doing what i want with it, only problem is a actually dont no what model it is, can anyone help?

i dont no the year i did get a plate with it and it was on a t plate

frame is exact same as that

Looking at the rear footrest hangers it looks like a K7 frame can you post up the frame & engine numbers then we may be able to help more   cheers Mick.
