If you have a suitable small blade or similar it might be worth trying to pick it before fiddling with the bolts.
With a very slight pressure try to turn the lock with the blade whilst rocking it to depress the pins in turn, if there's enough play in the lock the pins will disengage in turn and once thy're all out of the grove the lock is open and will turn. You can also try working a pin at a time from the back if you can feel the blade on them. If you've ever had a lock barrel out it's easier to visualise what your trying to do.
I taught myself this as a kid and got quite good at it, also used to be able to undo combination locks, haven't tried it for years now. I used to swap the chains on other kids push bikes for a laugh.
