(no such thing as an accident).My advice based on my experience involving myself and others I represented over 25 years is A - Contact a motorcycle experienced solicitor without delay,B - Don't use a No win - No fee outfit - it will cost you in the long run.C - This is the most important - Keep a written, with proof record of every item of expense even including telephone calls, bus fares, in fact every aspect of expense you would not have incurred without the event happening.D - As stated above, the first offer which might be tempting during a term of loss of earnings will be the very lowest and always not worth accepting. An old lady relative I advised had a previous offer dramatically improved prior to entering the court on the day of the hearing.Best wishes for a full recovery and a successful conclusion.
