electronic ignition

Hi
Any one had anything to do with electronic ignition on a CB750k .. where is the best place to get one from ? do i need a different  set of coils ? my bikes running well on the points but ive heard that the electronic way is the way to go ?

Any advice much appreciated

Also have a look on the US site (search electronic ignition). Hondaman does some sort of box to increase the life of the points.

The points system on these seems to go on for something approaching "forever" and rarely gives cause to change it, so unless you have a pressing need then it's probably the last of any concerns you may have.

Electronic triggering would seem to hold an advantage as you get higher rev demands along with leaner running so usually show very low improvements if any on these motors.

The F2 spec gets closest to that set of demands but still seems to perform as required on points.

Boyer brand was one that seems most commonly available, someone with direct use may be able to offer up-to-date comments for you.
