However, guys on the USA forum have got them down to a GL1000 from 1978, probably fit the years 75 through 79. Pictures on the CMSL site fit perfectly.

Anybody sent a pair for rechroming to a place in Deby recently and lost them in the process because these are what I got back instead of my CB750 K7 versions

I don't think they are 550F2. I've no idea what the cutout at the bottom would be for.

EDIT. Is the cutaway to accommodate the Goldwing badge that goes on the lower triple?
