Has anyone tried the maxxis  classic pattern tyres, DS sells them quite cheaply, i think they would look great on my K0

Funny you should ask that, I've just fitted a pair to my good lady's 650 shitehawk (oops, Nighthawk :-X) They have been on for a couple of hundred miles, she seems happy with them, and I went for a blast on it yesterday in heavy rain, and I felt quite happy with them (although I HATE the riding position of that bike, like holding wheelbarrow handles, just WRONG!), in fact, I'd go so far as to say they are as good as the Avon Roadriders currently fitted to my 750F1 ;D
If it's got tits or wheels, it's hassle, if it's got both, RUN!!!

Pete, I think they do a lot of stuff in mountain biking (I know it's not that similar) but also seem to have a good reputation in Super-Motard racing and those things get a right good pasting.

Seem to be worth a look and feel to judge them yourself.
