Bryanj,Hi,I found out this week the black engine is a F1 1976,and not as I thought,I was under the impression it was a 1978,now been totally rebuilt,on first oversize.I was pleased with finding that out as I had bought the engine on its own from D&K breakers in Leek,Staffs.So this engine would have been running roundtop carbs as
standard.Well Chuffed!
