Local place here in Sheffield, bialawski he's called, not sure on the spelling, Sheffield trimming co I think. He done some seats for me before, including my monkey bike seat which is lovely

Nice Dax, the colour scheme really suits it.

I'm going to dig out my z50 copy again this year, I used to use it most days and do a few monkeybike runs but I haven't bothered with it for a couple of years, CB550 and VFR750 kind of took over.

How does it sound/run with the cut off silencer. I have the same model cb750 with the same motad on it. I'm curious as to whether my neighbours would hate me if I did the same; and also how much it affects the fuel/air mixture?

I'd like to know too!

Did you just cut off the silencer? Surely that affects the carb balancing, no?

And do you plan on leaving the airbox??
