owners club for phil read replicas/honda britains

i have just started a website/owners club for these models.check it out on www.cb750f2hondabritainoc.co.uk and let me know what you think.if u have either of these,or used to own one,want one,know of one round the corner.....leave me a message.i'm trying to find all of them remaining in the world....john white

I sold mine a while back to Phil Cronin (picture)



The bike is signed by Phil (Read) on the front mudguard.

No indicators and no mirrors.

I rode it back from Watford around the M25/M4 and it was frightening.

know what you mean about the lack of mirrors.i took my read to the tt races last year.chucked it down all the way from Derby to Liverpool and couldnt see a thing on the M6 behind lorries....and it had dropped onto 3 cylinders because of the rain on the ht leads!!!! i've put mirrors on my Honda Britain and they do look like part of the bike if they are colour matched.no indicators on any of them tho.....just very questionable hand signals......
