Reading new posts

Has anyone else noticed that when you open up the site and click on the top left (show unread posts since last visit) nothing comes up,
 , but clicking on that brings up in the middle another option in the middle(No unread topics found since your last visit. Click here to try all unread topics. ) which when clicked then shows the posts you have not seen,

That happens occasionally.

When you visit the site via the Portal (rather than going straight to the boards), the pane in the centre automatically shows you the unread posts. If you then leave the site and return later (without reading them), those posts will not show up in your "Unread since last visit".

"Show all unread posts" is the catchall.
