Not a direct replacement I'm afraid.

The frame (hinge) mountings are in a different place and the tanks are different so you'll end up with a gap (or the opposite)

I fitted a 550K3 seat and tank on my 500/4 in the avatar, that tank fitted straight on but I had to "adjust" the seat hinges.

Are K3 seats not available? If the 500/4 seat is any good (and original) it could be worth a bob or two.

In this moment I have a Giuliari seat on my bike, but it is bad for two people :-\ :-\, CB550 k3 Seat is big and I do not like much, I had one but sold it on Ebay  ::) ::) ::).
I would like fit some seat good for two people but that looks great!!!
Thank you for your answer.

I've got a guilari on my 500, but the writing is  faded. If your guilari seat is in good condition it is much sought after. I'm sure there are people who would do a swop.. or you could get a 550 seat base and make a custom seat with new foam and cover ?

I seem to recall I just used long 6mm bolts and washers to fit a different seat, I think the bie was my k3 and the seat was a 500, but it was 10 years ago, and the bike was a complete shed, built up out of a load of scrap on a tiny budgett, it did look quite smart with a set of comstars and twin disks with braided stainless lines and bolts - I think the front brakes cost more then the rest of the bike! It's still here too, but dismantled into the loft for storage and rust prevntion.
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock
