That's 2 of my 500/4s exempt, shame it's the 2 in bits with no paperwork.  The one that I intend to put back into order and that I have already done interstellar mileage on sadly misses out on exemption by a matter of months, just like my landrover, which misses mot exemption by 2 months. DOH!
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock

Don't forget it's the exact BUILD DATE and not the date of original registration which is important for these MOT and VED exemptions - worth checking to make sure.

For the landy I'm sure of missing out by a month. For my 500/4 I'm not so sure. Think registration was may so depends on how fast they were shipped and sold. My guess is that Id be just as well off to pay the tax as to pay for a dating certificate and hope They repeat the tax thing next year
