Hi oddjob, give your good lady my regards and wishes for a speedy recovery. I had similar surgery in June, left with a stoma bag, but you quickly learn to live with it. Biggest issue was not being allowed to lift anything for several weeks, which meant missing out on the best biking summer for many years:'(
