50223-341-000 plate seat lock k4 no1 on seat schematic

This product is not available, or at least i can't find one. I have ordered the new original seat which has the springy seat tab already on it so I have ordered the lock  77230107711. The original drawing shows the spring tab going through the lock so what is the plate for and is there any point ordering the lock without one?

   the part you need is the lock holding bracket that bolts to the frame so you can lock the seat with out this, the parts you have are pretty much useless you need to source an old frame

Can not believe it, i was looking for one of those seat lock plates for two months. I had to get one shipped from the states in the end.
