I guess the CBX (not sure what cc) 1978-1979 has the 35mm forks, for the model after that it's 39mm.

Top yoke all shaved.
Also I am working on the side panel.

Does the battery tray needs to go in before the oil tank?

Thanks

Another issue.
The k7 top yoke I have nicely shaved doesn't fit.
The hole at the back is 1cm too forward.

Not sure what to do next.
It's a shame after so much effort.

Any idea?

The old broken one does not look like a k7 as it does not have the bulbs for the ignition switch screws as the other does

Exactly, the bike is a k2, the damaged yoke is the original one with the rhino horn.
The other is a K7. There is a 1cm difference between them.

Looks like you will have to find a k3 4 5 or 6 to fit it
Best of luck

Bitsa, the one in the photo you send me are the same I have. It's just been shaved off.
That's why I am confused.

Hi
I have a spare k3/k4/K5 type - it will fit K2 as I have one on my K2 while I refurb rhino horn top yoke/clocks. I'm after
a K2 rev counter that's ok to refurb - the type that fits the rhino horn with the chrome clamps if you have one to swop.
If anyone has one to sell/swop, let me know please.
Phil

Phil, thanks for the offer,  unfortunately I don't have a rev counter but just the speedo below,  seems to be complete.
Let me know if you are interested via PM.
Thanks

Bitsa,  you are completely right and I am a complete idiot.
I thought it was as "good" as the one I had.
Tried to contact Trigger but nothing yet.

Thanks but I have the speedo but no rev counter. If you don't get sorted from Trigger, let me know if you want the top yoke
