exhaust stud coming out

fitting exhaust and came up against a small issue, one stud on no 3 exhaust is coming out when I have fully tightened bolt on, when I take the nut off it pulls stud out

how can I get the stud all the way in ?

Put two nuts on so one locks up against the other.Add a bit of retainer (if you have)  and wind it in.

If you mean the stud is pulling out you will have to helicoil the hole
