I dunno guys, my Motad fits perfect, has nice chrome and looks fine. Only problem I had was they sent the wrong rear hanger which wasn't a big deal. I'm glad I saved £800 by fitting it.  :)
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Set/sit. Bought/brought FFS. Bloody Americans.

Hey Bitsa, grabbed a log from the wood pile, part number 0002-oak ( 0001 was not heavy enough) .   ;)

I put black tape on the pipes so I knew when they had gone in enough. (no part number)

After market exhausts are the best, who would want all that heavy chrome weighing down the bike and scratching on corners  ;D , I love my Laser system, and bike runs better.

One thing you will need is a stop to keep the centre stand from hitting the drive chain.

I was worried about this issue so put my head and barrels on temporarily so I could test fit my new motad. F*** it does not fit! Same as you Mike number 2 pipe seems to the problem, will have to get in touch with them.

its a problem they are aware of mick, just have your invoice ready if you can, they will send you out a new set of headers

expecting mine today........  I was sure something not right..... number 2 header no matter what you do it will just not fit, its too short by at least a couple of inches

I have never had any problems with motad other than of my own making - fitting dissimilar models and needing differet braketts. I must say I have found them very helpfull when I've needed spares to keep a discontinued exhaust systems running despite having bought most of their systems used (I think I've bought 1 new system for my gs125 and half a rebel 125 system) My motad Neta exhaust has been around 15 years now, got patched once in my ownership and was already quite old when bought - think it has done very well compared to how the original pipes were said to last back in the day, remember my motad neta was on an outdoor stored 550 and in daily use for about 10 of those years before being retired to spares shelf status. My chrome motad has fared less well and rotted 5 years after purchase off ebay but was again well used, I'll be putting a new end can on there. Don't knock patter exhusts - for almost every bike I've owned going OEM would have effectively written the bike off and I'd have gone over to cars years ago.
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock
