Hi Honstan..

Each indicator bulb will be about 5W, and given Volts x Amps = Watts you'll be needing cable of a minimum 0.5A rating......

BUT... (& check your fuse holder / owners manual) the fuse on this circuit is either rated at 7A or 15A... really meaning you should choose a wire rating higher than this so that the fuse melts first before any part of the indicator loom.

To check simply set the indicators going & pull the fuses in turn... when they stop you've found the circuit. If they're on the 15A circuit choose a wire rated better than 15A.... if they're on a 7A circuit choose a wire > 7A. Sorry can't be more specific... no access to a decent wiring diagram right now.

Hope this helps.

Simon - you sure about 5W ? That is a tail lamp (with brake light often 18 or 21 W in the same bulb).... indicators are also 18 or 21 W (can't remember which)

Aye carrumba! Quite right Tom, written at midnight after a few beers!

To correct myself Honstan the smallest wire rating you could use would be about 2A assuming an indicator lamp @ 21W. Sorry.

Rest of the 'fuse' ramblings stand.... ie choose wire rating better than fuse rating.

Thanks Tom,
Simon.
