Crankcase bolts/screws.

Tried to slacken a bolt today,to remove broken cable clamp on 400F. This is what happened. :( :(
Someone in the past has tried to slacken and butchered screw heads. Will have to heat them,and try impact driver.
Have never split one of these engines. Will have to now!!  >:(

Thats a crapper when that happens but fixable.Lots of soaking etc going by the photo you will have a tough time sorry

I have had success with heat and impact driver, i usually dremel a grove in the screw then attack with large flat head in the driver

To say I was pissed off when that happened,is putting it mildly.  What a barsteward!! >:( >:(
