Ace cafe today.
« on: July 13, 2014, 11:55:35 PM »
Some of you will know I have more then I bike  ;), so today was Cruiser Day @ The Ace CafĂ© London, I went on my Honda VTX1300 ,

I left my house at 9am this morning and got back in at 7.45pm did just short of 500 miles  8)

only had 2 downpours to ride through and the rest of the day was dry very sunny and warm  :)

the place was very busy with Indians and Victory motorbikes having a big meet there,

there was also some old British bikes, Jap bikes and a nice old Moto Guzzi , enjoy the photos cheers Mick.

Hi Pete yeah I put my F1 engine in over the winter and its running great now  :),

spent a bit of time a couple of weekends ago setting float heights etc and got it running sweet now,

ive bought LPM side panels for it, a ducktail seat and new mirrors and K1 clocks I know there not correct but have you seen the price of KO clocks  :o,

I still think about selling it as a job lot with my F1 and spares ?,

i hardly use it , i could really do with the space & i could do with a bigger newer van for my man & van jobs  :-\, cheers Mick.

Thanks for the pictures mick, seems like a decent ride out for you. There is usually some good interesting stuff there and always worth a trip, I was looking at UKPete's K1 there when he put me onto this site a couple of years back.

I think bikes are a bit like cats in that they seem to choose you as owners and don't often leave once in a good home.
