original engine?

Can anyone tell me if my engine is original to the frame? I think the bike is F2 but crank casing is not black and cylinder block & head seem painted. Also are there any external differences to the F2 cylinder head?
Engine no. is B750GE-1001447
Frame no. is CB750G 1001473
    Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The frame and engine numbers seem close enough to be original.

The G(E) would be General Export but this list requires there to be an \"F\" in the number.

Need to see what it looks like.
