Clutch release plate

Hello, Hoping for some advise again.
the bearing in my clutch release plate is
not great, it does not turn as freely as I think
it should..Is it possible to press the bearing out
and get a replacement Honda or an aftermarket
bearing supplier?

Hi,

It is available form Honda. Part No. 91011-KK6-013. Costs about £15.
