Triumph 3TA Bathtub 1962 , sat for 10 years after catching fire.

That's brilliant work Martin, you don't seem to mind starting from a low point given the pictures of both this and the F1 you've started. It looks amazing.
From a local interest point of view do you get up to Newlands corner at all, I count that as my local bike hang out and see all sorts of interesting stuff people bring up there.

I have never taken a bike up there, maybe in the Spring.

Yes, its one I have kept as quite fun to ride although quite slow  :D

I rode one exactly like that years ago the only Triumph I can remember riding, very nice restoration.
Love the 500 and 550 have a 500 called Lazarus under restoration

Very nice. It looks immaculate. I like old Triumphs (preferably without the 'skirt'/ bathtub).

I used to have a T100 and a T120R and will get another one sometime. Prices are getting silly though.  ???

The bathtub has always confused me but maybe that's because its way before my time.
I bet Trig remembers riding one in the 60's   ;)
