As my sandcast restoration is going to be as near to concourse as i can get it, this means i am after the best parts i can afford , i recon that head could be worse than first meets the eye, so i will wait, i am aware trigger can do repairs and might one day use his services, as i am no hurry i will see what else comes up, cheers

Pete i would wait for a complete head.
Here is the maths on the one in the link: EX guides  £25 each =£100
                                                           IN guides  £15 each = £60
                                                           EX valves  £17 each = £68
                                                           IN valves  £15 each = £48
                                                           Guide clips £1 each  =£8
                                                           Fin repair  around       £100
Then you must still buy springs, cups, collets ect.
It starts to add up.

Not just the French that do that Bitsa. The spanish will also remove the kitchen units and the Greeks will even take any plants from the garden.
