Newark show this weekend.

Anyone going to the classic bike show at Newark this weekend? My son bought us both admission tickets and rail travel for Saturday as a surprise present. He tells me it's not too far in a taxi. Didn't even realize there was anything on at this time of year! anyone been and is it any good? Only ever been to Stafford late in the year shows.

Lets us know how you get Ash, I normally visit the shows March to October.
Mainly due to the weather/distance. Would be interesting to know if the show is OK.

Will do Alan. I wouldn't normally go this time of year but it was a pressy from my son who is not into bikes!

 BTW Just found the 1970 MCM Engine strip feature done for them at Bill Smith Motors (Hoole) for your CD175A 'sloper'. Do you have it? If not I  can do a scan and Dropbox link.

Thanks Ash, if you can scan the strip down for the CD175 'sloper'. that would be great. Stripped down the top end at the weekend, cam/bearings look OK, just waiting for the gasket set/cam chain & parts to arrive for possible next weekend build.
