What oil and sparkplugs?

Which oil and which sparkplugs should I use on my 76 cb550?

NGK D7EA and 10/40w mineral oil.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Set/sit. Bought/brought FFS. Bloody Americans.

As long as you don't start and ride your bike in temps below zero degrees Celsius a 15W-40 oil is a better choice.
Many on the continent who are used to maintain high speeds favour the D8ES-L plug (in effect half a grade cooler than the '7'). That same plug is prescribed for all the other Fours.

NGK D7EA and 10/40w mineral oil.

I run the D7EAs and I use 15/40 Rotella T, but this could get into one of the ugly oil threads...  Do you guys get those over on this board?

Oh, and I run 20/50 during the hot part of the summer.  Texas gets a little warm.  Probably not something you have to deal with, though.
