Trigger,
I had actually been talking to the guy selling the yamaha and made an offer on it but we could not come to an agreement, plus it is in Brighton quite a trip to collect it.
The thing that finally put me of is it is US import and none of the front end is correct.
I have had my eye on a KH250 but there is no V5 which makes me nervous don't know the procedure for getting one and where the liability is if it is not pukka.
So still searching.

Does the KH250 have a number plate. The law states that you bought the bike in good faith as long as you have a receipt. Is the KH on the DVLA site ?

Trig,
It has a number plate but the owner has took the middle numbers out of it in the pictures so can't check. He states it is in the advert.
