Hard to tell with out the fitting kit. Most crash bars are hard to tell without the bike

From size and shape it looks like they are for the rear of something, a bit like these:

With suitable brackets I guess they may fit whatever you like.

Could be, I remember some doughnuts used to fit them on the top and bottom rear suspension and wondered why the ride was hard.

Much wider than the ones on my 400/4, they only measure 27cm, so not for that model then
