i know no how to work out what shell you need for a crank . i was told the shells are matched to the cases aswell as the crank is this right???? i am just thinking as i have a crank with no marks on it but it has a good set of shells with it . plus i have a set of cases witch has no crank i have never put these two together. can someone tell me if the shells are match to just the crank or the cases as well???

Shells are matched to crank and cases. Marks are on both as here http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=31541.1800

Then this chart as attached. Lots written up about it elsewhere on here I think.
