Amazingly enough, ones just popped up on eBay that looked and sounded the part, so I've had a punt.

If it ever gets as far as being stripped, sent to CRK and converted into a spoked one, I'll post some piccy's

You can also look on wemoto - they have all the bearing dimensions shown, so they're a great source of info if you are mixing and matching between wheels / axles and also fif you are or mixing differnt stems/ yokes into frames.   Once you've worked out what sizes you need you can then go to all bearings (or similar) websites and see if there is an off-the-shelf bearing to fit.
