I think I asked for the clock to be turned back when I was given the label 'expert' as well Roy but, no luck I'm afraid. I think the way to look at is that you may know just a little bit more now than when you had a big fat zero on the counter, I know I do, so revel in your new status.

  The real stigma for you Julie is when you hit 500 posts, I mean, I know nurses are undervalued and drastically underpaid, but becoming a pro.....
