(Project 2 - 1977 Yellow F1)
After looking for a pair of F1 fork leg base units with no Joy,I decided to try another option
The bike had F2 forks with twin discs and the fork legs/sanctions were fine.
Ash helped me out with a pair of K7 fork bottoms.
Trigger helped me out with F1/K7 brake plate B.
The braided hoses and mudguard off the red project 1 they fitted nicely as a good replacement for now.
The allen studs in the base of the forks are not the easiest to get out but a bit of patience and ingenuity made it happen.
My allen keys did not fit and one was rounded, so I used a screwdriver drill set bit upside down to fit the allen keys.
After a bit of bashing the bit was a tight fit, then a spanner on the hexagon sides they came out easy enough.

The fork legs transferred over easy, just got to refill with oil ,bleed the brake and then repaint calliper
Another step closer to having 2 F1's looking and running well.
