Hello, i was looking for the same after big bore setting. You can check my post on 'rejetting not new topic'...

With new size engine i have rebore the pilote by one notch. It is not necessary but i have taken the view that i should increase the tip by 10% (same increase as the piston bore to keep the same fuel flow velocity to keep the atomization but increased flow to match the 10% increase in the combution chamber).

I have noticed that the #40 are actually bored at .35 hence i have redrilled @.40, i.e. 50 micron increase in the inner diameter.

I have used micrometric drilling rods from ToolZone.

Best,
Marc
