Any salesforce.com users out there?
« on: June 01, 2015, 05:13:40 PM »
My bike club uses www.salesforce.com - the free-to-charities version. Unfortunately the "free" bit also means "no support"...

I know this is a long shot, but stranger things have happened.  :)

Thanks David.

I had assumed (wrongly) that the charities version came with no support. Wrong. Not only do we get full enterprise version of Salesforce.com, but we get tech support too!

They sorted out my problem which was down to a wrongly-set "unique" checkbox on a data field. Once unchecked we were fine.
