They do say free shipping within usa and to contact them for a true shipping quote before paying the shipping charge. I geuss it saves a lot of messing when people pay the shipping at the wrong rate using the automatic system that ebay use that can be way out on estimated shipping costs.

If for any reason the item cost more to ship then stated, the buyer must make up the difference
