Might be useful

Evening all.
Found this site earlier today.
http://www.motoannisettanta.com/Ricambi.htm

Click on the different manufacturers to see what parts are for sale. There is also a home button at the bottom of the page. The screen it takes you to has a link top right that has some other useful looking sites. Google translate comes in handy if you don't understand Italian.

Hope it proves to be of some use.

Tim

Nice one Tim, some good bits on there and some are reasonable prices.

Mike the Bike, can you link to the page with the English flag as I can't find any flag let alone an English one. Found something on there that I need!  ;D

The English translation worked fine for me when I clicked on the Union Jack logo. A very good site and prices seem to be fair. Thanks for posting.

< techie mode >

That's a really poor website design (shame)
I don't see any flags in Firefox, Chrome offers me the standard Google Translate (which seems to work) and the new Microsoft Edge (Windows10) doesn't show the header!

The whole thing is one massive table that must be an absolute nightmare to manage - and it won't work on a mobile...

They have a forum! But it's a fairly crappy version of phpbb.   Oh well...

Youre a bloomin' hard man to please Steve  ;D

It all looks pretty good to me and puts the stuff on UK breaker  sites to shame. The only site I have found like it is the 400/4 bit guy but he has no prices listed. jap2wheelz in Germany is good too and he speaks good English (another Frank)

Why can't DK have something like this Italian site  and no 'bartering' on prices. I am sure if DK  just listed things fairly cheaply, their sales turnover/profit  on parts would be massive. They certainly have bucket loads of stock.  The guy in there told me they have an absolute glut of bikes coming in from the states. Far to may to list at once,  to avoid swamping the market. They recently had a starter clutch for my 250 listed for 50GBP. I put in an offer that finished off at 30GBP  but they refused it. Some of their  bikes are cheap enough and so are some of their spares but sometimes they just ask too much IM(Yorkshire tight get)HO  :)

Hi guys. Just to let you know that I have just bought a lower fork leg from this website. I ended up using Google Translate to get the information I needed. I then emailed a very nice chap called Massimo who was very helpful. I used translate to change my English to Italian and put both versions into the email. Once I had found a site to pay electronically (the bank wanted £19.00 to change 30 euros :-\ ) the website only charged me £1.00. I done a screenshot of the transaction and emailed it across. I had confirmation in about 3 hours that it had been received and the goods were immediately dispatched. I got the goods in 2.5 days.
Excellent service and communication. Can't fault it.  ;D One happy satisfied bunny.

Just goes to show that it's not necessarily the website - but the people behind it.

Ash, the postage was 35 euros and the fork leg was 30 euros, no import duty paid on it or VAT, came straight to my doormat no problem.  8) ;D
