Would anyone say it's worth buying this head gasket over the head gasket you get in David silver's gasket set . [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Yes it would, the genuine Honda gasket is far better than copies and will greatly aid the prevention of oil leaks!

It doesn't say that it is a Genuine Honda gasket, it states NOS! which could refer to any new old stock and the part number could be used as reference only. Lots of people listing parts like this on fleabay.

IT HAS THE CORRECT OVAL FIRE RINGS AND THE SEALANT ROUND THE CAM TUNNEL, SO IT COULD WELL BE HONDA, IF SO I WOULD BUY IT IF I WERE YOU, SEND THE GUY A MESSAGE AND ASK

Hi I may be a bit old fashioned but I would not use anything other than genuine Honda gaskets unless Comedic ones are available.

Never seen funny gaskets but have seen cosmetic (i think you mean cometic)

No never used it on base or head gasket, make sure you use genuine Honda o rings as pattern ones are not thick enough and could get leaks. Also on the head, make sure the cam tower stud threads are sealed with thread sealant as some holes lead to the outside, was caught out by this on one rebuild and had to pull engine to redo.
