Hi all. I'm the other half owner of the above bikes which 'Pablo' has been posting about. I run a wee garage near Inverness specialising in VW/Audi but I originally served my time and spent many years in the bike trade. I started at our local Honda dealer 'Mitchells' in 1986 so these bikes were still pretty common back then, although more so the 400/4. It's been fun fetling these two recently and rummaging the odd old special tool from the darkest corners of my tool box drawers. I'm a bit more passionate about the 550 if truth be told, it's in pretty good nick with its original exhausts and paintwork. I've always liked lighter weight bikes, I own a couple of Yamaha LC's too, so I'm looking forward to getting the 550 on the road come springtime.
