Anyone know somebody who does decent repro seat foams for the CB500 ? Possibly Bob the Seat (Morretti ..in Newent) Anyone know if there is any difference K0/K1/K2?

That's kind of you Bryan .. may be worth it if it's no trouble. Stayed not far from there last year in chalet at Newent Golf Club (no I don't play golf  ;D) . Bob sound like a nice bloke.

Cheers ... Ash

He's making it to order Bryan and he won't take any payment until it's finished, which I imagine will be mid-January. I will email he though to check if it's OK but pretty sure it will be. He says he used to sell loads of them but it tailed off, however he's just finished making one. You may need to get in there James & Woodside if it's suitable for you too,  as he may prefer to do three at once. He told me that if the pan has a flat rectangular section in it with a cross inside it's for a later model and the foam is different.

Cheers  .  Ash

Is that the igloo shaped structures about 4 miles from the M50, just outside Newent?
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

These people do the chromed trim ..tad expensive though. I seem to recall Trigger said that someone in the UK sells it (possibly Bob-the-seat again)

THIS is a lot  cheaper & UK:

Plus this too:

Come on Julie put Graham down for five minutes ... he's ours and we need his advice !  ;D

I've used the second one down listed above recently. Good quality, easy to fit and looks really good when in place. It was an inch or so longer than needed but easily trimmed. I would recommend it.
I love a Honda. Proud father of a 2000 Honda CBR929 Fireblade and 1972 Honda CB500 K1. Oh, and two children!

I was going to elaborate a bit more as to what they would be doing with all the spare time and no wifi. ...but after a few beers and no glasses it would've been hard work
