CB750: spark advancer shaft ... need help!
« on: January 21, 2016, 07:43:03 PM »
I have an issue with the spark advancer shaft (Pivot) of my current project KO. (part No. 8 on E-7 parts list)

It is too long by some mm as somebody has welded it when it was broken.  :o

I bought a new one but: how do I get out the old one?

Is it just screwed in or is it in addition hold by the engine case itself? Please check out the pics and note that gap before the thread.
cheers, Uli

It's screwed, and is a standard right hand thread.
If it's got tits or wheels, it's hassle, if it's got both, RUN!!!
