Hi Noella

Just registered my 500 K2 with a VJMC dating letter - no issues at all and they turned it around in little over a week.

Kevin

Hi kevin,

What infirmation/paperwork did you provide to them?

Regards

Hi all I spoke with someone from the VJMC and and I will be sending the form tomorrow, the bad news is that it will take like a couple of weeks... Plus DVLA... Easter ride it's not going to happen!

Thank you all for your advice and support!

Hi Noella

VJMC dating certificate, proof of Nova registration email and the completed form along with mot and insurance. I did send pictures of the bike showing the frame and engine numbers ( not necessary but recommended by the VJMC)

What Kevin said, but I didn't have any documentation for the NOVA, just the number. They did miss it the first time (despite me putting a fecking great ring around the number with a red felt tip) and sent the forms back anyway, though. I rang the HMRC number they provided me with who advised me, on checking the number  that:

(a) The duty on the bike was 'secured', ie paid up.
(b) DVLA were a bit thick.
