Rear Mudguards / Fenders

These mudguards (or fenders if they are from US bikes?) came with some parts I bought recently.
The rustier of the two (first two pics) had the pictured painted light bracket fitted. My guess is CB550 K3.
The shinier of the two (last two pics) had no light bracket fitted but the chrome one pictured was with the parts and has the right hole spacing.
Can anyone confirm my guess on the first one and suggest what the second one may be off? Thanks in advance.

First one is K3 but, have not got a clue on the second one.

Thanks Trig. Here are a couple more pics of the second guard if it helps.

Looking at the parts again I'm not even sure if they are Honda. If the lamp bracket is from the guard then the light mountings look wrong for SOHC Honda rear lights.

Problem solved.
From trawling eBay looking at pictures in listings of Honda Rear Fenders it looks as if the shiny one is from a CB650C or CB990C of 1980 - 82.
So it is from a SOHC Honda!
Bit of a sad way to do it but it got the result.
