I must admit I always look at 1973 bikes and do always double check the first reg to see if it's my birthday....Wouldn't make me buy it though....

Ok seat back today...and couldn't resist popping it on...
I think I am now at the point where now the only way forward is backwards and take it all to bits again and store everything ready for sorting out....
Here are the pics of where I am up to no cables are attached a few are run but they can be done properly later....
So now chaps any comments what can you see that is incorrect for the model and what am I going to need ...other than a shed load of cash...
I did spice a rather nasty correct (I think)LHS switch unit
Seat hardware are winging there way to me as we speak...cheers ash....

That looks gorgeous, reminds me of a friends bike back in the 1970's, being a big Hailwood fan the idea of  a 500 four was almost irresistible for me but in the end I bought a 750.

Not sure if I'll use it...may sell whilst its all new ...its dripping in nos stuff...
