Honda-SOHC

I've got one.  It's a beast.

It's also quite difficult to keep running cleanly as I don't ride it very often and it suffers from poor running through the carbs. Needs a strip and clean I suspect.

It's also for sale if you are interested.

Practical Sportsbikes is run by Jim Moore who is the deputy editor of Classic Bike. I've read all three (he gave me a free copy of issue 1  )

It is a good read - I particularly like the "Family Tree" section.

I had to wonder what he'd left for issue 2??

Loomies is good.  Keep going west from Petersfield on the A272. Next major junction is A32 - Loomies is right there.

Also try Alton Station Cafe - but check closing times as I've made the odd mistake and turned up to an empty car park...

I have a Cibie Z on my 500/4 (Silver Machine)

Unfortunately it's a European one and dips the wrong way - requires copious application of black masking tape each MOT...
