HM300 exhaust question

Quick newbie question about the original HM300 exhausts for the K0 and K1 CB750.  Did they have the paragraph etched on them at the rear of the muffler itself.  I have a set of HM300 exhausts here that are surplus to requirements for my build and I wanted to know whether they were original or not as I heard that the originals didn't have the paragraph on them at all.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure someone will correct me if im wrong
But I believe the blurb had to be put on after a certain date to comply with some new law
Doesn't men they are not original just a later set of manufactured pipes

As fa as I know the "HM300" stamp is different too on those with text.

I dont know when those with text came.
