« on: July 26, 2017, 08:18:02 AM »
Well started the re-build on the 400/4 top end refresh.
All going well up to now will post some more pictures as it goes along.
Thanks to Graham (Trigger) for the superb job on the engineering side of things  :D
Hopefully I will get it finished at the weekend.

Looking good Paul, keep the photos coming.
Have you had the carbs apart?  Since I had mine ultrasonically cleaned and vapour blasted the engine will not tune properly.  When it does eventually start its runs really rough, good luck with yours  :).

Paul. Are they Cuzinimage inlet rubbers, they look like it. Dont use them they will only last about 300 miles until the rubber cracks around the aluminium insert. Had Ash soften my originals for me and they work much better. Will post some pictures of the damage later.

You obviously didn't watch the BBC breakfast news yesterday nursey, the experts now think alcohol can prevent people getting diabetes! They done a long term test and that was their conclusion!
If it's got tits or wheels, it's hassle, if it's got both, RUN!!!
