OUT AND ABOUT 2018

Well Saturday was a fine warm sunny day so the CB750F1 was taken out of winter hibernation and cleaned up (dusted), oil change and ride planned for Sunday. However the weather had other ideas, it's been raining ever since, today is Tuesday, hopefully tomorrow I can get out and about.

Beachy Head Road This Morning

I really miss riding that road. I used to do Crowborough to Eastbourne then along the Beachy Head Road, over the downs by the stunning Seven Sisters along to Brighton and back to Crowborough. Never, ever got bored of that ride.

I managed 115 miles today don't know were Iv been as I was in Suffolk and its all gibberish to me.. Almost as bad as trying to read Welsh

Nothing's as bad as welsh.  The welsh Gestapo have made all the signs welsh first.  Can't read the sodding things any more,  Political correctness gone mad.  If I've offended anyone - good.

Compo's cafe, Holmfirth yesterday. I seem to have forgiven them for chucking me out of their porch and making me eat my chips in the rain last year - a man has to eat!

when compo's old girl friend turns up on a cb750 i liked the bit when she drank a pint through a full face helmet thats what i call a real biker chick lol
anyway i still aint been out on a bike this year yet with the crap weather if it aint raining its cold the last two winters aint gone near a bike lol its gotta mean im getting old.
there again i must't  grumble just bumped into a old biking mate aint seen him in years hes been through the mill a bit lately with a brain tumour  ,but hes just happy to be here.  life really does go on he has seven grand kids now

She is running very, very well Paul. No problems at all.

  I managed a nice little run around,the CB hit 66K miles ,and it is running great ,(touches wood)

 I am hoping to get to the biker nite  tomorrow ,,and for Hairys information,I should be having either a
stuffed pork roll,with crackling,and/or a burger with unions ,
