To get that out your going to have to take the cam assembly off again.

As I said before, your options are limited:-
Stud extractor, Mole grips, an engineering company to try and remove it or a onother head.

I have a head, but it has no valves,

Is that engine still in the frame?  If so I didn't think you could remove the camcover without dropping the engine

yes..that engine is still on the frame, but that picture is old, the engine is now out of the frame.

so...went today to the shop that sold me my torque wrench and in fact it wasn
