Headlight - Is this an original?

Hi, see attached picture of the headlight i took off my project. Its a concave headlight stamped made in France!!!!! (it might be a clue)

Is this an original light or a replacement

it is not original, it is a cibie, aftermarket fitting common in the past.  it is actually a better light than the original but if originality is your thing and you want to sell it let me know, I might have the correct one somewhere.

prefer the original lamp myself. Happy to swap out etc,can you PM?

I've fitted a Superdream headlamp.  It looks the same but has a higher wattage H4 blub.
